Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders (such as during a new drop or holiday sale), shipments may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you via email if there is a significant delay.

Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to custom clearances or courier service interruptions outside of our control.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

1xpressions is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order its depends on client country custom department. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

5. Damages & Lost Packages

If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

  • Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

  • If your package is marked as "Delivered" but you haven't received it, please contact us at "pakbilal03@yahoo.com" within 48 hours.

6. Tracking Your Order:

Once your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number along with a link so you can follow your package online.
